  • Spa amenities are available for walk-ins Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday from 8am-4pm. No appointment is needed, but we encourage you to book online if you would like to reserve a certain time.

    Salt Room Sessions start on the hour and run for 45 minutes. If you would like to reserve a time, please book online. Once a session starts, it cannot be interrupted so we ask that you arrive 10 minutes early to ensure adequate time to prepare for your session.

  • Salt Room:

    Please wear comfortable clothing to enjoy our salt room. Robes and slippers are provided if you would like to dress down.

    Sauna:

    Please bring your swimsuit or wear shorts and a sports bra, or comfortable top.

    Towels, wrap robes, and slippers are provided for additional comfort.

    Red Light Room:

    Our Red Light Therapy is only offered in private sessions. You will be in a private room where you can dress down. The more skin exposure the better during your Red Light session.

    Zero Gravity Massage Chairs:

    Please wear comfortable clothes for your massage chair session. The chairs are located in the common area near the Sauna and Red Light Room.
